Camp Jeep 2005 - Pocono Mountains, PA Day 1 - Friday - 1:00 PM - Trail A The first day of Camp saw us going on what was to be the hardest
trail there at Camp (so we were told), unfortunately the trail ride was
cut short when one of the Trail Guides broke a driveshaft attempting
to climb a large rock. Sweet Pea was one of two XJ's on this particular
trail ride which was a touch depressing as I have noticed that the
attendance with regards to Cherokees his declined over the last
couple of years. Regardless she crawled over all the obstacles that
were offered to her. The front ARB and the Crane diff. covers were
really appreciated in this environment as I frequently engaged /
disengaged the ARB and was constantly smacking something on the undercarriage skid plates. Only damage I received from this crawl was a surprising dent on my driverside upper rock rail tube. Other than that nothing was visible. All in all it was still fun although shortened and challenging and gave my Arthritically damaged shoulders a workout.
